No Bush isn't seeking "big money" from "businesses for cheap labor".

Then why is Bush refusing to enforce the border security, even though the situation is obvious to the dumbest moron?

Rationally, I can think of only two possibilities. Now, maybe someone else can think of additional possibilities -- if so, I hope they'll post them, because frankly I'm stumped, other than the two possibilities that occur to me.

The two possibilities are that either "he has a plan", or, "he is compromised."

I realize these "possibilities" are absolutely worthless to you. I mean, let's say he does "have a plan". OK, he's got a plan. What IS it???

See what I mean? The "possibility" is worthless, useless, of no value whatsoever.

Same thing with the other "possibility". Let's for discussion's sake say, OK, he's compromised. OK, fine. He's compromised. But, by WHO? And WHAT is the "hook"? And why has this been done? (What is the goal of whoever has used whatever to compromise him?)

As before, see what I mean? Worthless, useless, totally devoid of any value whatsover for the purpose of figuring out WHY this madness is going on!

So, there you go --- two possiblities, both "possible", but both absolutely worthless for purposes of figuring out the situation!
