THE ASSOCIATED PRESSBRADENTON, Fla. - A high school teacher's aide who was punched by a father after his daughter claimed she was touched inappropriately has been cleared of wrongdoing.
The Manatee County school board says evidence shows the aide wasn't in the classroom when the touching allegedly took place and the 15-year-old girl might have fabricated the story to get back at the man for disciplining her. The Manatee County Sheriff's Office also says it has found no evidence of any wrongdoing by the Lakewood Ranch High School aide, who had been placed on paid leave.

IMPOSSIBLE!
Feminists have assured us that women don't lie about things like this, and we can trust feminists.

I'm awaiting the responses of those Freepers who said they congratulated the father for what he did.
Your crow pie is awaiting...

Seems like daughter has some 'splainin' to do. I seem to recall one of dad's comments was, "my daughter doesn't lie to me."
To: RGSpincich
I asked my 16-year-old daughter what she thought of this. Even she said the girl was probably lying.

Personally I don't think any of them have any crow pie to eat. The father believed his daughter and took an action that he felt was appropriate -- I probably would have done the same thing if I had thought someone accosted my daughter.
Of course, now the father has to pay for what he did, and he also now knows how niave he was to just believe what his daughter told him.
The daughter is in even worse shape now too, she has now established she is a liar and as such has lost the trust of her parents.

If I were the father, after I got out of jail, there would be a 15-year old who would be grounded until she was 21.

and of course, we are to believe the NEA controlled bureaucrats that came to this conclusion?
Is it possible the girl lied? Absolutely.
Is it possible that the teacher did it? Absolutely.
Is it likely that the "authorities" would have a reason to cover up any such activities by one of their employees, particularly under threat of a possible law suit and pressure from the NEA? 100% likely.
I think he did it.

There's a time and a place to defend the honor of your family - but not 'til you know the facts.
This guy was a hothead and now he's chin-deep in legal doo-doo because of it.

When the father gets out of jail, it will be a 16 year old.

If they let me down then I'll know next time.
The father overreacted by hitting the guy but he had to take up for his daughter.
