7 RATS made a deal not to filibuster unless there are extraordinary circumstances, each Senator to determine what is extraordinary. It's now quiote clear that, to the Democrat 'leadership', "extraordinary circumstances" means anyone who would shift the balance of the SCOTUS to the right.

Yes, in accordance with the Constitutional rule that says each SCOTUS Justice must be replaced with one of the exact ideology, or leaning toward the left. Rightward direction is hereby ruled unconstitutional.
