How pathetic this man is to announce the filibuster from Switzerland?
He called for the filibuster YESTERDAY in the Democrats Caucus meeting. He stirred the pot, called for the filibuster and THEN boarded the plane for Switzerland.

This is an excellent analogy for Democratic foreign policy.
Vote for the Gulf of Tonkin resolution, then stab your party's president in the back when the going gets tough.
Vote to authorize troops in Iraq, then stab that President in the back when the going gets tough.
Now he wants other senators to fight his fight for him.
