Has anyone ever been put in jail for voter fraud? We hear about all these dead, felons, etc. registering , but never hear of a punishment. Congress should pass a law that anyone participating in a fraudlent federal vote, (just 1 bad vote) the minimum prison time would be 5 years. Of course the first one convicted would be some wife marking the ballot for her husband who has a broken arm.

I hold out that for serious vote fraud (and thousands of dead voters is serious fraud), punishment should extend up to the death penalty (not always handed down). It is a crime of conspiracy. Having them on the rolls is not necessarily criminal, but the one who sends those "voters" to the polls is.
There is no crime more against the founding principles of this nation than to steal an election.

This is how Gregoire won. It's how Democrats win the few elections they do win across the country.

We have only scratched the surface. What about all the illegals and non-residents (out-of-state) people who have voted in our elections?
It will never be right until King County and Olympia has a regime change.

Me, too. Before 2008. Something tells me hillary has already been elected in several towns across America.

Evidence Ties Dem Campaigners to Slashed Tires: Prosecutor (WI) (January 20, 2006)
The five defendants, including the sons of a congresswoman and former mayor, are accused of puncturing tires on 25 vehicles to be used by Republicans to get out the vote on Nov. 2, 2004.The jury will return Friday after it did not reach a verdict after deliberating a little over two hours.
Milwaukee County Assistant District Attorney David Feiss told jurors that testimony from several national Democratic campaign workers brought to Milwaukee showed the defendants acted together to cause the damage and then were heard talking about the vandalism once back at the Democratic office the morning of the election.
"If the defendants had not gone back and bragged to their co-workers, they might have gotten away with it," Feiss said. <./BLOCKQUOTE>

"I'm crying because my father was here Tuesday and he didn't come to see me." "Oh, but Manuel, your father's been dead for ten years." "I know, but he was here Tuesday and voted for Lyndon Johnson, and he didn't come to see me." So, in other words, the voting of dead people and the rest--it occurred. But people say why didn't--"If it did occur, why didn't you do"--as President Eisenhower and many other [sic] urged me to do--"why didn't you contest it?"
