The records released, from his signature on Form 180, may not reflect his discharge record from 1972 because "Jimmah Cartah" granted amnesty to every anarchist that tried to destroy the very fabric that holds the United States together. I don't believe that we will ever learn the true nature of John Kerry's discharge in 1972 thanks to Carter.
