I heard John Loftus last night on the John Batchelor show, which KSFO plays between 3 and 5 am each morning -- JL said that he has a CD of Saddam's conversations regarding weapons of mass destruction which Saddam compiled himself, including 30 to 40 other persons, all or most of whom have been identified, that the CD is authentic, and that it proves Saddam had WMDs.

Loftus was not given any details, saying that they would be revealed at his February 18, 2006, conference. He refused to answer a few of JB's direct questions, stating "wait until the 18th". JL said that the CD was just laying around in US possession for three years before someone finally listened to it.

Sounds too good to be true.

If it's JL, it's always too good to be true.
