Which doesn't mean that some of the Dems running for 2008 won't try something. They'll call it a "non-sustainable" fillibuster just so that they can throw a bone to their moonbat voters. Watch DUmmies brag about the "non-sustainable" fillibuster as being their "alternate win".

Good for "Sheets" Byrd, but disappointed with Leiberman. Just when you think Joe has turned the corner, he reverts back to his "Al Gore For President" days. Sad.

The DUmmies are ecstatic because Kerrys office has told them he will filibuster. They're phoning him and everyone is getting the same response. for all the good it will do them

If they can get away with a TANKED filibuster without getting hit with the Nuclear Option, then they can use that as 'precedent' for future filibusters.

Better Nuke em just in case!!
