Writing that old would push the dates of civilization some. What is the date of the Ice Age ruins found off the coast of India?
I might speculate that this city with "writing" is a pre flood civilization -- 30 years ago I read some sumarrian and mesopotanian writings and one of the had a statement from a king that he liked to read pre-flood writings as in the summarian and mesopotanian accounts of noah's flood.
