I am a small producer....120 brood cows. I susupect I will get out before I comply with such regulations. Small producers account for the majority of beef produced in this country. I feel this will demoralize many as they are already puched to the limit with small profif margins.
I thinnk you are right. I'm in the same boat. It will kill 4-H. Every 4-H animal has to have this.
