Minuteman Manhattan - shaken, not stirred:
Drop one emergency phone in one container of water. Light fuse on cherry bomb and drop into container with phone. Walk away 50 ft, turn head and wait for the mixing to start.
I think just adding a couple of cups of Mexican tap water to the water tanks would do the trick.
