Kerry had his yak fest yesterday. I'm not sure which DEMs still want to stand up and express an opinion and rationale. They've all made their minds.
I'm not sure what pressure Reid is playing too, or what he plans to offer as resolution. He did indicate that it might be possible to obtain a UC agreement to move to the vote, sometime later today. That is, the agreement would come today, on a vote to occur on Monday.
