He almost sounds like he is going to vote yes. To early to tell and I don't have the time to wait till the end of his speech.

It's being reported that yes, he is going to vote for Judge Alito's confirmation--apparently 90% of WV's constituents want Alito in the SCOTUS.

Byrd's really reading the riot act to the Senate. Wish C-Span would pan over to Teddy and Hillary and DiFi, etc. I would
LOVE to see their reactions to this!
