No, he's still safe. He gave the right answer on Hillary's plantation. As long as he's in the Clintons' good graces, he secure.
I hope he runs the DNC for a long time. He's so helpful to the Republicans in that office.

"You just could not buy this kind of idiotic nonsense! For Couric to ask these questions of Crazy Dean is further evidence of the wheels coming off the Dimocrat train."
NOT ONLY WILL HOWIE GET THROWN UNDER THE TRAIN FOR HIS IDIOCY & VITRIOL...KEEP IN MIND THAT HIS PRIME RESPONSIBILITY IS TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE DEMS AND HAVE A DEMOCRAT VISION PLATFORM. HIS $ WARCHEST IS PRACTICALLY EMPTY VS THE REPUBS AND WE STILL SEE NO IDEAS OR PLATFORM FROM THE DEMS

"Hey, wait a second. Democrats took money from Jack Abramoff too, Mr. Dean." Dean: "That's absolutely false, that did not happen. Not one dime of money from Jack Abramoff went to any Democrat at any time." The same boldfaced lie Kerry told last Sunday on Meet the Depressed. Apparently they believe their constituents are either too stupid to check or don't care.
I got a kick out of the end of the interview when Perky took off her glasses and tossed her hair. I'm not an expert at body language, but I think that was "You're full of $#@&! Get the *%&# out of my studio!" How odd of her to be so Britt Hume-like in her interrogation. Must have gotten up on the wrong side of the sty this morning.

Good catch. I actually wondered about that myself, and replayed my tape a few times to make sure I had it right. It was somewhat muffled, but I believe he did say "if."

"It's a bad example to the kids..."
I want to wring the dems' necks everytime they pull the "What about the children..." BS.
"Howard, you mean the kids that you don't abort?"
And by the way, re: one of Dean's frequent lines, about keeping the government out of 'a woman's healthcare'...there are three branches of government, right? The executive, the legislative and the judiciary?
(Not as DiFi said, the Senate, the House and the White House...but I digress)
Well, it seems to me that the judicial branch of the "government" was the one that STARTED this whole mess, Howard, when it usurped states rights in the Roe v. Wade decision.
So it would seem to me that insisting on judges that uphold a government usurpation of power, who are confirmed (or not) through a political process by government officials, is in effect saying "we democrats can usurp the will of the people, but you republicans can't."
