I understand police forces throughout the nation are being told to "back off" by the gang members themselves, using threats of violence.

What is worse is I understand some police forces are heeding the advice of the gang members.

There is an alligator in the living room and we are feeding it, so it will not eat us.....this will only work for a very short period of time.
