I gotta disagree with you. Unless Guiliani comes out strongly against abortion, and renounces his support of partal birth abortion, he won't even get the nomination.

He'll have to tack to the center on abortion and gun control. He's smart enough to know that if he is going to win, it's a must. So if he chooses to run, and I think he will, he'll have made that decision to correct the things that would prevent his nomination.

Nor should he.

Abortion is the Holy Grail of the Democratic Party, and the root cause of that party degenerating into madness.

Better to lose a race for the right reasons than to win one for the wrong ones.
