I was surprised when he said 11PM...also, but, it might be his way of saying that they WILL get this vote taken this week...
Besides, there are all kinds of hearings going on...so the Senators will not all be able to speak during the day hours..unless it is John McCain, who feels it in his power to be on TV all day AND night if he wants to....
Screw that "11 PM" crap. Keep the Senate awake all night. The 'rats want to have "debate", then let 'em have DEBATE. Have 24-hour sessions and hold a vote at 8 am on Friday. Let's get it done, Frist.
