On the other hand, it might be a chance for her and the MSM to get all the negative stuff that might come up in the 08 race out of the way. This is a big negative as if there is ever a public discussion of all her "baggage" outside of a liberal stronghold like NY then it will really hurt her.

The real big negative stuff is not her baggage or her scandals it is Hillary Clinton herself. She is extremely mean, extremely nasty, extremely arrogant, extremely non charismatic, and extremely liberal. No matter what she does to fake it and no matter how the media try to protect her, the majority of real voters would have realize this about her long time before election day 2008. In fact 50% of them already know and 20% are well underway to know this about her. And no, Hillary Clinton is not Bill Clinton, he is vastly more charismatic, he is much less mean, and he appears much less liberal.
