I mean, when a man says what I'm about to say it typically comes off as "sexist," but I think there is a reason that a woman has to carry a child for nearly a year, and then go through the process of child birth. There is a connection between the mother and child that a father can never have because the father doesn't have to sacrifice his physical body to bring life into this world...he just sort of shudders and waits.
