I think y'all might have misread Reid's expression .... if you look at the picture taken from a greater distance (see post number 172) you will see that that is actually Reid's best "really tough guy" expression.

Could be, European leaders look like they're pouting sometimes when they are (in their opinion) "looking tough".

There's an old Mussolini picture with an expression just like Reid's I'd have posted but I couldn't find it on the web.
