That would take another Constitutional Convention or 2/3 of both Houses of Congress to propose and 3/4 State Legislatures to ratify.

Unfortunately for you, that one little word, 'AND', destroys your entire stupid argument. Illegal aliens are NOT 'subject to the jurisdiction' of the U.S. Sorry.

I've bolded it so dolts like you can understand.

If they are NOT subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, then you've got a bigger problem than I thought deporting them - LOL - that was for children born to foreign diplomats who, in fact, are not subject to U.S. jurisdiction. Why don't you check with Dept. of Homeland Security and I.C.E. for their opinion of whether illegal aliens are subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
