Fine we keep the children and kick out their parents if they choose to leave them here that is up to them. I am sure we will find homes for them. Now vamoose the illegals. I do not beleive it was the intent of Congress to grant citizenship to the children of infiltrators and invaders. I do think that the Supremes will be taking this one up in the near future. The Children of those here Illegally are STILL not US Citizens, as their parents were NOT under "U.S. Jurisdiction". Allow me to simplify.
An Illegal Mexican Infiltrator to the US cannot travel to say, Germany, and then go to the US Embassy for aid/protection. They are NOT US Citizens, and would be referred to the Mexican Embassy!
That is the crux. American LAWS apply to ILLEGAL INFILTRATORS, but they are NOT US CITIZENS, hence they are not under "U.S. Jurisdiction"! An illegal arrested appeals to the Mexican Consulate!
