Is any of what Wells Fargo doing currently illegal? As I said above, if Congress and the President outlawed these loans today, then I would be against them from that point forward. But, what part of ex post facto laws don't you understand?

Exactly why would you prove "residency" when you are not a legal resident. The whole program appears to be on solid quicksand.

They get around this by using their Mexican IDs as the tax ID numbers. Sick, isn't it?
