They cannot base a loan on immigration status - that's what I'm talking about. Change the law, if you can, but that's how it is for now.
We don't need to change the law. We simply need to enforce the laws that are already on the books. Namely, if you are in this country illegaly, you are out of here. That will take care of it.
You can't make a loan to an illegal alien if there are no illegal aliens here to loan to.
