Wonder what Leno's joke was?

Jay Leno gag, to wit: "According to a poll in USA Today, 40 percent of Mexicans say they would move to the U.S. if they had the chance. The other 60 percent are already here."

I was thinking the same thing. Wish the author had quoted him in the story. I doubt anything Leno says on his show could be considered any more politically incorrect than Bill Maher or Jon Stewart says. Leno isn't a darling of the left or right, so I doubt the fuss was substantive in the first place.
