I am kind of disappointed in the results. I was hoping for a conservative majority but I guess we will have to wait until next time. Conservatives should console themselves with these facts:
1) Ann McLellan went down to defeat in Alberta. She was the only liberal in Alberta and a real gun grabber.
2) Paul Martin has resigned from the liberal leadership. The liberals will now have to spend some time picking a new leader and reorganizing. This will leave them somewhaqt unable to fight a new campaign any time soon.
3) The Bloc LOST seats.
4) The conservatives had a breakthrough in Quebec and won almost as many seats as the liberals.
5) The liberal party is broke.
So, in other words, he hasn't heard yet?

She did not run. Don't know what happened to the liberals in her riding.
