I could never stand Susan, but in the spirit of bipartisanship, I will say she looks worlds better! That looks like a very $$$$$ face. She lives in LA, so I'm sure she had her pick of top surgeons. At least she cared enough to do it, for goodness sake. Hillary, aka "the smartest woman in the world", after years of being coiffed by the pros, could never get the hang of blowdrying her own hair....
