Black and white footage of the rock allegedly being retrieved. Not only is that a fake rock, but the bottom picture location is also fake. I've been to Red Square, aka Moscow Square, and it doesn't have woods. It is exactly what the title says it is; a very large area that's paved with red brick. There are a handful of large trees on the side of St. Basil's, not little Charlie Brown Christmas trees as in the picture, and no one dares walk on the yard.

According to that link, Moscow Square is in St. Petersburg.
The article on the rock doesn't mention the name of the city. I assumed Moscow also.
