Ummm. Isn't that kind of like a judge who flaunts the law or ignores it? For instance, FL law requires a guardian to present a yearly written statement of intentions for those under their care.

M. Schiavo broke that law and Greer gave him a pass, just one of many.

Greer disregarded the law and the priest and any bishop who permitted Michael Schiavo and Jodi Cenzone to marry in a Catholic ceremony did likewise.

Both created scandal.
