McCain has NO CHANCE of being nominated by the GOP. I'm hoping he's convinced to switch parties.

That will never happen.

Instead, McCain is being set up to run as a third party independent.

The Clintons and the MSM remember all too well what it was that put them in office -- Ross Perot's candidacy. They have targeted McEgo for the same role in '08 -- to split the GOP votes and make Hillary a plurality President.

As noted above, Republicans don't want McCain. But the Democrats and the MSM desperately want him to run...as an independent.

When the Republican voters reject him in the primaries, McEgo will do the Democrats' bidding and launch a third party candidacy.

yes, i've thought that he might run as an independent, but I doubt it. McCain knows he can't win as an independent and the guy wants to win. He will , if not given the nomination by the GOP, continue to do his triangulation on the news networks and one day leave office as a "man of great intellect and wisdom". (cough cough)
