What kind of future is it going to be for our kids?

Heard that kind of remark in 1970. Come to think of it, the same remark has been made probably all along through history. But, it does appear that dicey times are coming soon. Some say there are two rational approaches to the problem: optimism and pessimism. There may be a third way: call it what you want, but it amounts to keeping on keeping on.

But like the frog in water slowly brought to boil, most don't see it.

And when they arrive, most still won't see it, as they will have slowly been accustomed to such changes.
