I lived a little north of there between Mount Pleasant and Bayview in the 1960s.

You nailed it. Right across the street from the Red Lantern on the north boundry of the cemetary. You might remember the now torn down Dominion Coal silos on the corner of Mt. Pleasant. I'm just west of there. Cheers, eh!
