A nice guy and intelligent man who likes policy and ideas. He's not a backslapper but he's a straight shooter. And he's the kind of conservative who will do the party proud as Prime Minister.

In person, you warm to him immediately.

He makes a kind of deep contact with everyone he meets.

You can tell he's taking a second to size you up, which I think is a good trait.

I trust him.

Stephen is a really really nice man. He's extremely principled and I have to tell you that he has the most wonderful sense of humour I have been around for awhile. I thoroughly enjoyed him. I can absolutely say that I ABSOLUTLEY TRUST him. And he is the genuine Conservative that we need.

He is also not mean spirited or back stabbing dirty like Martin.
