If you don't like something the GOP has done, work to change it. Run off the join the handful of third party wonders who never win anything and then spend all their time being sad, angry little men if that makes you feel better.

Both of the above options assume that one's activism must be focused on the support for parties. Another approach is to support issue related groups of your choice and PACs/Candi ates that you agree with.
