Portsmouth? Norfolk? Which is it? Norfolk. AFAIK, Portsmouth doesn't "do" carriers at all.

Norfolk, Portsmouth, Newport News, and Little Creek, are only about 20miles of shore line from each other.
Not to mention 3 air strips, Oceania, Norfolk, and Langley are less then 30 miles apart.
