Rumor has it that the salvaged metals are going to be sold to China in which they plan to build up their arsonal.
Do some history on the company and I bet you find they are a faux American company you can trace to Indonesia.

Sorry all I was thinking of the salvage of the Moth ball fleet.
They have them ready although to tear the fleet up and then do what I posted up above.
It is a private salvage Company not the US Military that will be scrapping the fleet out.
Our Walmart purchases will fuel that more I think.
