I thought the "pro-Israel" Dershowitz had finally shown his true colors in his book The Case for Peace, just as Spielberg has with Munich.
"Munich" most strongly suggests that Spielberg has a progessive brain disorder.
Dershowitz talks pro-Israel, but he supports with donations, influence, and votes the anti-Israel leftwing Democrats. I guess it helps that he at least talks pro-Israel...?

I say we Dixie Chick Spielberg.. I mean it...no more money from me for ANY Spielberg movie. I will not buy anything that will profit him. Not that it's going to make a lick of difference right now, but down the line he may have a harder time getting a movie made.

I've been increasingly noticing Dershowitz has a pair.
The book was also clear as to Israel's motives and the tactics of direct vengeance had no concerns about the terrorist Palis, nor sympathy for their sponsors back in Paliland. I found it amazing, as did the author George Jonas, that neither Speilberg nor Kushner ever contacted Jonas for advice re the script of the film. In fact, they went out of their way to avoid Jonas and the resulting movie is flawed and tilted left.
The book does paint the Mossad leaders of the group as pretty awful people. The years of dangerous service the avengers gave was supposedly a salaried service, but when they went to the bank accounts to collect their salaries, the safety deposit boxes were empty. The film did not mention any of this. The Mossad had emptied them. I gave Munich a strong thumbs-down!

I remember Mr. Spielberg using the same line of reasoning when making Schindlers list. Near the end of the movie Schindler saves the Jews by appealing to the Nazi-firing-squad goons sense of humanity. In the Book, which is historically accurate, the Nazis left Schindler's Jews alone because Herr Schindler had wisely armed them all to the friggin' teeth. That did not support Mr. Spielbergs point of view concerning the use of firearms as a deterrent to violence, so he changed it. Unicorns, rainbows, nice words, blah, blah, blah.
