You are being too kind to Kerry with your statement. The key difference is his emphasis on our enemies' success. Howard Dean defeatism has really sunk in with the Democrats. Frankly, I'm pretty shocked that he would phrase it this way, he went conceptually way out of his way to call our enemies strategies a success, I guess he really wants the moonbat vote.
