It's still an extortion racket no matter how you play it. One either needs to believe in God or one suffers for all eternity.

It sort of makes God look like a petty, vindictive character, doesn't it? And, if God is truly all powerful, a little sin isn't going to bother Him in the least. Indeed, for there to be no sin, there can be no difference of opinion in the afterlife, which means God prefers His followers to be mindless drones who will unquestioningly go along with The Program.

Its not extortion when a judge condemns a man to prison or death. Its justice.

No it doesnt. It asserts God sovereignty over life. He is Lord and loves you.
It is not tough to learn who Jesus is. Its very easy to realize what Christ has done for us.

I understand pride is a big sin, certainly I was there too. Everyone comes to that decision I mentioned earlier at different times. The tricky part is making it before its too late.

What an amazing life we lead when we finally realize whats missing in life is a relationship with Jesus.
