My personal favorite was when Kerry stated that [as some sort of demonstration of his spirit] that when he was down three points in Iowa he had even mortgaged his home. Give me a break. The legality of that ploy is IMO doubtful ... and by the way it was supposedly only his half of the house ... and how does the lender go about foreclosing on half a house ... and how does an extremely wealthy woman like Teresa allow half of her house to be foreclosed?

I repeat: Give me a break.

This turd lived in the backseat of his car when he was Lieutenant Governor.

I don't think the ownership question is nearly as important as the valuation. As I recall, one of the Boston newspapers found that the valuation--and hence the size of the loan obtained--was extremely higher than comparable homes which were similarly situated and recently mortgaged.

In other words, Kerry got a sweetheart deal from the mortgage company.
