I find it so unbelieveable that the country is so close to being 50/50...what did 50% of our country learn in school?

Things are GREAT now! At least compared with being on the Goldwater end of the Goldwater/Johnson race like I was, some years ago. 50/50 is good odds, in my experience.

I remember the "elections" we had in school....and I was one of VERY few, that voted for Goldwater...

I didn't have a clue why...I was too young, but my parents were for Goldwater...and that was good enough for me!!
