Not true.

As Governor he issued an Executive Order forbidding state employee health insurance coverage of abortions.

As Governor he fought for four years and successfully championed Virginia's parental notification law. And he worked for it until the General Assembly got it right.

In the Senate he has consistently supported the ban on partial birth abortion.

I have concerns when we federally fund abortions.It concerns me morally and fiscally.I would think we would agree on that.My concern is federally funded abortions.
