A contract rejection doesn't mean there will be another strike. It means that there will be binding arbitration on the contract under New York law. And even if another strike were put to a vote, you're assuming all who voted no would vote to strike. There's no evidence that would be so. Remember - about 10,000 union members DIDN'T vote on the contract at all.
