The Taliban were executing men & women in the soccer stadiums long before 9/11. 9/11 didn't transform them into terrorists and murders, they were that long before. They were training to kill, they did kill Mike Spann, and he willingly joined up. To dust off the old saying - You do the crime, you do the time. This is not typical dumb teenager stuff, this is being an accomplice to murder.
