This'll probably start a flame war but I'll come out and say it: The Iraq war is not enough for me. I want to know why we didn't expand into Iran and/or Syria two years ago. Why just patch one of the holes in a boat that's leaking in several places?

I don't want to flame at all, just point out that the Iraq War has actually made Iran stronger. That's what nobody seems to comprehend, and nobody will until it's too late. Iran's boldness now is directly because of what we did to remove its enemies and put its proxies into power in Iraq. Every single one of the goals that Iran was fighting the 8-year Iran-Iraq War for in the 1980s WE have fulfilled. That's damn shortsighted and has already come back to bite us in the ass.

Taking it one step at a time. Need for Iraq to be able to handle their terrorists mostly by themselves.
Israel and the US aren't the only ones against nukes in Iran. In time, perhaps even Saudi Arabia would support toppling an agressive Iran.
