It was Susan Atkins comments in a jail cell on an un-related crime that scared her cell-mate to death. The cell mate wanted to be transferred to another cell that broke the Tate/La Bianca (charlie manson) murders.
A lot to be said about jail house informants.
The overcrowding on the San Quentin Death Row is a disgrace. This is the way to reuce it.
