Historical, no guest worker program has ever worked. If we implement one, it will fail like all the others.
Increased enforcement at the border and at worksites, along with cutting off welfare and education is the only way to stop illegal immigration.
A guest worker program will compound our current problem.

Agreed. If even the Indians, Russians, and Chinese can have an anti-immigrant wall, so should we.

More than just drugs come with illegals:
Excessive costs of schooling.
Excessive costs of health care.
More than anything else: An attitude of invincibility that they can keep coming over the border and do as they please, not being stopped and permanently prevented from returning.
