I read an article saying that several million yrs. ago, chimps (our closest relatives) lived in central Africa. A drought forced them to make major changes, remain as tree dwellers or move out into the nearly treeless savannah. The ones who chose the savannah, eventually began to walk upright, on took on more early human characteristics. This, the author states, debunks the theory of a 'missing link'. Just thought I would throw that in as food for thought. Personally, I see evolution as a tool of our Lord.
