If I didn't get to see them very often I would forget that there is still common sense, integrity and decency in the world.

Or even forget there is a Republican president! The fossilized media has helped to feed that ignorance in the general population. "If we don't report on him, the people will forget about him." What effort they put into not reporting, or not reporting factually, any good thing resulting from his awesome leadership! Imagine the force for good they could be if they just reported the facts, truthfully.

Oh your so right, I think Americans on a whole would be much more confident, positive and less anxious in their daily lives if the media reported the truth.

I searched today's NYTimes, Baltimore Sun and Washington Post. Not even a mention much less a picture of the First Lady could be found. What a contrast to the enormous stories of the many Hillary/Chelsea vacations....very frustrating.
