No, all humans have souls. As for who's going to heaven, that's God's business. Whether I am or not, or you are or not, is up to God.
What I believe is that God revealed himself to us in Jesus Christ. And it's Jesus's atoning sacrifice that will allow any of us to meet God in heaven.
As for support of abortion and homosexuality being at odds with God's word, do you disagree? Are you saying that the Torah accepts homosexuality?
